Heather Britton

Heather Britton is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and over 12 years’ experience leading Human Resources for midsize organizations. In September 2019, Heather Britton was hired as NCS’s first official HR Leader.

In this role, she oversees all aspects of human resources management for all NCS employees spread across 4 U.S. locations and remote. As the sole HR leader for NCS, Heather manages the entire talent acquisition cycle, compensation, performance, labor and employee relations, change management, DE&I initiatives, and training and development processes.

Before NCS, Heather held several strategic HR leadership roles in the manufacturing and retail industries and was responsible for the complete creation and implementation of HR processes in each instance. Combined with her passion for developing and championing people, Heather’s impact on these organizations immediately positively affected their strategic growth plans and their ability to scale efficiently and effectively.

Heather is married to a Cincinnati fireman – they live in Indiana with their two very spoiled dogs. Heather enjoys antiquing, genealogy and urban exploration and is passionate about child and animal rights.
