This Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) details our collection, use, and disclosure of information collected via ncsolutions.com and any other website where this Policy is posted or linked (collectively, this “Website”) and your legal rights with respect to such information.

Pardot (a SalesForce company) helps NCS analyze and identify visitors to the Website, analyze email campaigns, and track website forms. How We Use Your Information

We use information about you for the purpose(s) for which it was collected or provided to us (as stated at the point of collection) or as otherwise obvious from the context of collection. We may also use your Personal Information to:

  • Administer and manage this Website, communicate with you about this Website, process your request for information, or otherwise complete a transaction or service you request or authorize;
  • Customize or personalize your user experience and the content we deliver to you, including to provide you with content that is more relevant to you;

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you if you decide to exercise your rights under applicable law.

Identity verification when submitting your request: To ensure we take action regarding your Personal Information only at your direction, or the direction of an “Authorized Agent” permitted to act on your behalf may submit a request, we may ask you to provide or confirm some Personal Information when submitting a request. An “Authorized Agent” means a natural person or a business entity you have authorized to act on your behalf by providing your written permission.
