We’re hiring a Client Consulting Analyst to lead client relationships with our advertiser, publisher and TV clients in the CPG, OTC and retail industries. The Analyst will work directly with these clients on household brand names, assisting with developing and delivering actionable media execution recommendations that are aligned with strategy and research objectives. In addition to working on challenging projects with a collaborative team, the Client Consulting organization represents the voice of the client within NCS to drive product quality and innovation within this fast-paced industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact with junior to mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partner clients for engagements across NCS’ solution suite
  • Execute, analyze, and perform quality assurance checks on NCS data, enabling insights and recommendations to clients
  • Independently manage and execute workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement & clean room processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
  • Support client needs in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving, and commitment to quality and excellent client service
  • Engage cross-functionally with other internal NCS teams to deliver solutions to clients and/or proactively resolve client issues
EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an insights and analytics or account management role
  • 1-2 years experience in the media advertising ecosystem
  • Experience in executing multiple work streams across various stakeholders at once with the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver complex, high quality projects on time
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and
    Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $65,000-$75,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee’s geographic location.  The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
