Sr. Director, Client Consulting

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our team is composed of media and analytics professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.  We strive to attract motivated, innovative, and collaborative talent.  You’ll help influence clients’ media and advertising decisions, leveraging NCS’ proprietary data and product suite to identify actionable insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your client’s campaigns.

NCS is looking for an energized and strongly engaged client consulting leader to serve as a senior director on our client consulting team. This person will be the lead consultant on key advertisers and their agencies, digital publishers, and retail media networks focused on solutions specific to targeting, measurement and insights for their media tech stacks. This is a highly visible role that will allow you to drive demand and revenue. This position requires strong marketing and media analytics competency combined with the ability to develop and present client-ready research concepts with actionable insights to senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate across teams to understand client needs and to develop and finalize the deliverable
  • Provide consulting on audience targeting strategies, develop and deliver purchase-based targets in order to improve Advertisers’ media ROI 
  • Lead and develop client media measurement integrating standard and custom objectives
  • Partner with clients, media agencies, and tech partners to support and develop client clean rooms utilizing NCS insights
  • Manage and collaborate with partners across data-driven media ecosystems (DSPs, DMPs, Onboarders, Digital and Social Publishers, CTV, etc.)
  • Deliver compelling presentations to marketing and media decision-makers that help drive our insights-based strategies
  • Collaborate successfully with all internal and business partner stakeholders to deliver sales goals and client engagements per expectations.
  • Support and coordinate selling efforts
  • Enable effective communications with the most senior executives accountable for sales, measurement and data science and product development
  • Travel as required (including local travel) up to 20%
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of experience building relationships and providing consultative insights at a senior level to advertisers and media clients
  • Experience leading and managing teams
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS/BA degree. Master’s degree or MBA a plus
  • Confidence in conducting consultative presentations to senior digital publisher platform marketing and media executives
  • Passion for helping clients capture opportunities presented by consumer insights
  • Knowledge of advertising research, particularly Digital and TV
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and/or Google for work
  • Demonstrated business/analytic writing and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $120,000 – $160,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee’s geographic location.  The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
