Recruiter/HR Administrator
OH, IL, NY, FL; Remote

Our ideal Recruiter/ HR Admin candidate will own and manage our talent pipeline. You will provide a seamless, organized and detail-oriented interview process for our hiring managers and candidates. While talent acquisition will be the primary responsibility of this role, we also want someone who can jump in and help with other HR activities.

  • Organize and own our applicant tracking system (ATS). We utilize LEVER, and this person will manage the system and make sure it is running effectively.
  • Manage job postings, placements and connections with different job boards.
  • Review resumes and forward to hiring managers if the candidate is a fit for a position.
  • Conduct email, phone, text, etc. outreach activities to source passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and manage the scheduling of interviews with prospective candidates while coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Be an ambassador to prospective talent. Enthusiastically communicate what makes NCS a special place to work.
  • Assist with HR data entry in SAP.
  • Assist in planning team-culture events.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding.
  • Other HR activities as assigned by the HR Director
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field
  • Communication in the form of listening and verbal communication with other leaders and employees.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of requests and inquiries
  • Extremely well organized and has a demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • 3-5 years experience in a recruiting role
  • 1-2 years experience in an HR Assistant/generalist role is a plus
  • Experience with ATS is required (LEVER experience is a plus)
  • Base salary + performance bonus
