Manager, Sales Strategy & Business Operations

Our team supports NCSolution’s internal account teams and end clients by facilitating access to NCS products and insights wherever they need them. We achieve this by coordinating internally with both commercial and back-of-house teams to align on business operations and strategy, while also creating the external connections necessary in the digital ecosystem to meet those goals.

We’re hiring a manager to work across our two major initiatives of business operations and strategy and strategic partnerships. The manager partners internally cross-functionally with client consulting account teams, operations teams and product managers to develop scalable end to end operating models for new or evolving product initiatives and also partners externally with major platforms and on-boarders in the digital ecosystem. The Manager plays a key role in continuously improving operations for the business today and evaluating opportunities for the business of the future.

  • Primary point of contact for mid-level associates both internally and externally tasked with increasing operational efficiencies, reinforcing execution best practices and leading triage of complex delivery issues
  • Execute strategic business cases using internal data points to quantify performance, growth and/or opportunities for internal initiatives and external partners’ evaluation
  • Effectively articulate insights and recommendations from business cases visually and verbally for senior leadership
  • Maintain end-to-end workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement & clean room processes (NCS products), inclusive of ongoing financial and business reporting
  • Support ongoing education and training efforts to ensure that commercial teams are operating efficiently with a spirit of continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage Analyst(s) and/or Senior Analyst(s) through effectively communicating tasks and priorities and growing their skill sets with inclusivity and compassion
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messages to the appropriate level for a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple work streams across various stakeholders at once with the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver complex, high quality projects on time
  • Ability to thrive and drive impact in a constantly evolving, agile environment – organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years’ experience in business operations, program management, change management, or related functions
  • 3+ years’ experience with the digital (programmatic and/or social) media and general advertising ecosystems, including media planning & investment experience, publisher/platform experience and/or targeting strategy and ad measurement
  • Experience developing & managing direct reports
