Analytic Support Associate

The Delivery & Analytics Team serves as a trusted advisor and solutions provider to clients and our client service team.  As a member of this team, you will collaborate with the internal client consulting team to develop solutions that make the company a full-service provider of actionable solutions for the entire life-cycle of an advertising campaign.

As an Analytic Support Associate, your objective is to provide usable insights to help guide client campaign decisions.  To do this, you will have a set of powerful analytical tools, comprehensive job training, a supportive peer network and experienced manager to help guide your work.

You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of our data, products, and capabilities, and all steps of each project process, and make modifications as needed to support internal and/or external client needs.

  • Develop an understanding of NCS data, and products, and become an experienced user of the tools required and insights provided within your project deliverables
  • Interact with internal teams to align on scope for each request and deliver based on the exact requirements defined
  • Ensure complete accuracy of input and output by reviewing for errors and independently troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Creation, manipulation and review of complex data sets
  • Engage other teams as needed in order to proactively resolve issues and contribute to cross functional communication
  • Become specialized in select deliverables and own project life cycle
  • Participate in establishing custom solutions to internal workflows and process improvement
  • Expanded duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Info Systems, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with a sense of proportion/importance for data anomalies within big data
  • Intermediate experience with composing and modifying SQL for ad-hoc data queries
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to apply good judgment in identifying and resolving moderate to complex problems
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, tasks and priorities and to remain flexible when priorities or work direction change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams to achieve desired results.
  • 1-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Previous role requiring work to be consistent, accurate, and efficient

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $48,000-$71,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee’s geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
