Katherine Vale

Katherine (or Katie as our team calls her) oversees the business’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting and controllership. Katie thrives on partnering with the product and commercial teams to ensure the company is positioned for growth while delivering solutions to improve client outcomes.

Beginning her career as a financial analyst with Nielsen, Katie has held roles across the finance and accounting function, including FP&A, Corporate Audit Staff, and Pricing & Deal support. Joining NCS in 2016, Katie progressed into leadership of the finance department, where she has focused on team development and building processes to ensure efficiency and integrity.

When she isn’t working, Katie enjoys playing and watching soccer and marveling at the finances involved in the global game! She volunteers with iMentor and resides in Chicago with her fiance and their golden retriever.
